Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery

All Galaxy Translations services are delivered digitally. Completed translation files are sent to the email address provided at checkout. There is no physical delivery of any kind. Files are delivered in the same format as the original source document, plus a clean PDF version.

2. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery is 5-7 business days for projects under 3,000 words. Rush delivery is 2-3 business days at a 30% surcharge. Express delivery is 24 hours at a 65% surcharge. All timelines run from the date confirmed source documents are received. Timelines are confirmed during the brief stage before work begins.

3. Confirmation

You will receive an email notification when your files are delivered. If you have not received your files within the agreed delivery window, contact us at hello@galaxytranslations.com immediately.

4. Certified and Notarized Translations

Certified translations include additional processing time for preparation of the translator certification statement. Notarized translations require coordination with a licensed notary and may add 1-3 business days to the standard timeline. We confirm exact timelines before work begins.
