1. Services

Galaxy Translations provides professional translation services delivered digitally. All translations are performed by qualified human translators with professional experience in the relevant subject area, and reviewed by a second independent linguist prior to delivery.

2. Ordering and Payment

Orders are placed through the website and confirmed by payment via Stripe. After payment, a project coordinator will contact you within one business day to confirm the project brief and delivery timeline. Work begins once the brief is confirmed and all source documents are received.

3. Delivery

All translations are delivered digitally by email to the address provided at checkout. Files are delivered in the same format as the original source document, plus a clean PDF. Delivery timelines are confirmed at the brief stage.

4. Revisions

A seven-day revision window is included at no additional cost, covering changes within the original project brief. Requests that change the scope, add new content, or go beyond the original brief will be quoted separately.

5. Limitation of Liability

Galaxy Translations is liable for errors and omissions directly attributable to our translators. We are not liable for losses resulting from errors in source documents, decisions made by third parties based on translated content, or incorrect information provided by the client during the briefing process.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Assumption Parish, Louisiana.
