Yes. We produce certified translations meeting all USCIS requirements, including a signed translator certification statement, translator credentials, and proper formatting. We have processed several hundred USCIS submissions without a document rejection.

Standard projects under 3,000 words: 5-7 business days. Rush is 2-3 business days. Express is 24 hours. Timelines begin from confirmed receipt of all source documents.

Projects are priced per word, with a minimum project charge. The per-word rate varies by document type: legal and certified documents carry a higher rate than marketing content. Rush and express delivery add a percentage surcharge. Use the price calculator for an exact quote.

Yes. A seven-day revision window is included with every project at no extra cost, covering corrections within the original brief. If the scope changes, we provide a separate quote for the additional work.

We accept Word, PDF, Excel, PowerPoint, plain text, RTF, and most standard document formats. For app localization, we handle JSON, XLIFF, and PO string files. If you are unsure about your format, contact us before ordering.

We work with 45+ language pairs, with Portuguese, Spanish, French, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, Arabic, Chinese (Mandarin), Korean, and German being our most requested. If you need a less common language, contact us first.

Yes. We produce certified translations for personal documents, court records, and official filings. Notarized copies are available as an add-on. We coordinate with notary services in Louisiana and can advise on requirements for other states.

You receive an automatic receipt. Within one business day, a project coordinator contacts you by email to confirm the brief and establish the exact delivery date. Work begins once the brief is confirmed.

Yes. All documents submitted to Galaxy Translations are treated as confidential. We sign NDAs for ongoing corporate or legal clients on request. We do not use client documents for any purpose other than the commissioned translation.
